Heliotropium arborescens

Heliotropium arborescens is an evergreen shrub that can grow up to 1 metre in height and spread up to 90 cm in width. The plant has dark green leaves that are velvety to the touch and small, deep purple flowers that grow in clusters over a long period.
It is highly valued for its intense fragrance, which resembles the aroma of freshly baked cherry pie or vanilla. The scent is produced by the plant’s leaves and flowers and is most intense when the plant is grown in full sun.
